1. Product availability
The items displayed and the website reflect the actual availability of the item in terms of color and size. Once the order is processed by our logistic department, we reserve the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, to verify the transaction’s validity. Clients will be informed if in any reason the item ordered is not available or it the order can not be sent in agreement of the client’s request.
Payments can be made securely online. When submitting an order through or website you confirm and guarantee the payment details provided an your order are valid and correct. Payments by card can be made with the cards specified above. By submitting an order you immediately authorize SHOWTIME PARIS to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay SHOWTIME PARIS if your order is accepted.
The delivery time varies depending on the country of delivering.
France: 2 to 4 working days
Europe: 2 to 5 working days
Rest of the world : around 10 working days
The fees will also vary according to the country of delivering and will be charged to the customer. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and if you, for any refuse, refuse the delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to SHOWTIME PARIS and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.

5. Faulty products
Our after sale service concern only the products bought on the e-shop. Items are consided “faulty” if they are not in conformity with our quality standards which require that goods correspond to their description on the website and be of satisfactory quality. We consider an item of unsatisfactory quality if there is visible and evident damage on the leather such as scratches or stains. If you receive damaged laces we will only send you new laces, not the entire shoes. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our jugement. After this deadline, any kind of claims concerning faulty products will be considered as not valid. Please send an email to email@example.com with images of the item you consider faulty.
Please note that in case of returns, shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
We only accept returns of products purchased on our e-shop. When you request a return, you must either specify that you would like a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your order. All purchased products being returned must be sent back in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and their original LE FLOW box. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse a refund in such case and send products back to the customer at the customer’s cost.
